We all know the schoolyard taunt,... “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”
 
But words can, and do hurt. Words can heal as well. Focusing on the true things that we are; We are strong. We’re courageous. We’re kind. We are full of adventure. Andy many more. These are healing words. Focus on these things.
