Anxiety

I have dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember. With that, comes trying to understand it myself, as well as explaining it to others. I’ve had this image I wanted to create for some time now of how my anxiety can manifest in public spaces. I am grateful to have been given a safe space to create this piece in. It feels validating to have a piece of art that encapsulates and brings visualization to my feelings.
